Delivery policy
All order deliveries are managed and operated by Cell Communication Company. Cell uses third-party courier services (e.g. Aramex) to handle shipping and delivery. Successful delivery is dependent on the accuracy of the address and contact information provided. Please provide your correct and accurate contact information that is required to confirm the order and address prior to releasing the order
Orders received before 01:00 pm during working days are eligible for next day delivery (Except for weekends, and holidays). Orders received during public holidays and Eid holidays will be processed after the holiday.
Deliveries against orders received during special events / Offers may take up to 15 days.
Delivery is only available for Bahrain mainland. Remote areas e.g. Hawar islands and restricted areas not covered in the delivery routes.

Shipping Policy
All orders above BHD20 Exclusive of VAT are subjected to free shipping within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Orders below the value of BHD20 Exclusive of VAT are subjected to a shipping fee of BHD1.500 Exclusive of VAT within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
